Kaleidescope Original

This original acrylic painting showcases a vibrant landscape where brilliant yellow and pink skies are mirrored across the still surface of a peaceful pond. The vibrant colors of a winter’s day with the sun peeking though the mountain top hills to cast its colors across an open stream.  I love painting using rich colors usings scenes that invoke a feeling of joy and peace. The word Kaleidoscope with Greek roots literally means “observation of beautiful forms”. Figuratively, it refers to a rapidly changing, complex or colorful scene which perfectly defines this painting.

Titled “Kaleidescope,”  because the painting celebrates the ever-changing beauty of the natural world, where every reflection reveals a new perspective and every season paints the landscape in its own unique palette.
